How it works
  1. 1
    Architecture review

Tenancy, hosting, roles and migration design up front.

  2. 2
    Configure, don't customise

Rules, workflows and metadata are configuration you own.

  3. 3
    Staged rollout

Workspace review and launch preflight, then a pilot group before everyone.

  4. 4
    Operate with evidence

Append-only audit trail, auditor role and an audit retention policy.

What you get
Governed statutory rules

Draft, scheduled, active and superseded versions with amendment reasons — no release needed.

Maker-checker

The person who prepares payroll cannot approve it; payment evidence is verified by a second person.

Tenant isolation

Row-level security on every table, covered by automated database tests.

Hosted in India

AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) on managed Postgres, with private document storage.

Questions we get

What is your certification status?

DocklyOne People is not yet SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. The Security page lists the controls in place today — tenant isolation, role-based access, maker-checker, audit trail — and what is still to come.

How long does a enterprise rollout take?

It depends on how much history you migrate. A single-country workspace with employee records, attendance policies and one payroll cycle is typically configured in weeks, not quarters — we run it with you as a founding design partner.

Ready to run HR and payroll on one governed platform?

Book a walkthrough. We’ll map your entities, statutory setup and current HR system, and show your team a workspace configured for them.
