Can I buy just one platform?+
Yes. Most teams start with Starter (people records and self-service) or Professional (adds time, leave and India payroll), and move to Enterprise for multi-entity operations and a guided migration.
How is pricing calculated?+
Starter and Professional are per active employee per month, billed annually. Enterprise pricing depends on entities, enabled modules and migration scope. Your proposal records the commercial terms.
Do you support countries other than India?+
Employee records can hold people in any country. Payroll and statutory compliance are built for India today; other countries are on our roadmap, and we won’t quote them as live.
Can we upgrade later without migrating?+
Yes. Plans add modules to the same employee record, so upgrading never means re-importing your people.
Is India payroll included?+
India payroll is in early access, starting with Karnataka companies (PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS). We confirm which statutory outputs are live for your workspace before you sign. Core HR is available now.
Is there an implementation fee?+
Implementation and migration from Keka, greytHR, Zoho or spreadsheets are scoped with you. Any one-time fee is written into your proposal before contracting.
Where is data stored?+
Production data is hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Any other residency or transfer requirement is reviewed during solution design and recorded in your agreement.
