Implementation & migration

Go live in stages you can check.

No big-bang cutover. Each stage ends with something your team can see and sign off — defaults confirmed, a migration preview approved, a payroll month reconciled.

Six stages

Who does what, and how you know each stage is done.

  1. Stage 1

    Scope

We map your legal entities, locations, statutory registrations, modules and the system you are leaving.

Your team: Share your entity list, registrations and a sample export.

    • Entities and locations
    • PF, ESI, PT and LWF registrations
    • Modules in scope
  2. Stage 2

    Configure

Your workspace starts with standard defaults. Your owner reviews each one, changes what doesn’t fit and confirms it.

Your team: Confirm defaults; set leave policies, holidays, shifts and salary components.

    • Review your defaults
    • Setup checklist per module
    • Validation before sign-off
  3. Stage 3

    Migrate

Exports are mapped once, every row is validated, and you approve a preview of the scope before anything is imported.

Your team: Approve the mapping and the preview.

    • Preview before import
    • Automatic retry
    • Roll back an employee import
  4. Stage 4

    Parallel payroll

We recommend running one payroll month alongside your current system and comparing registers line by line before you switch.

Your team: Run the month in both systems; sign off the differences.

    • Minimum wage screening
    • Maker-checker approval
    • Register comparison
  5. Stage 5

    Pilot and invite

Managers and a small group go first. Once sign-in and approvals work for them, everyone else is invited.

Your team: Pick the pilot group and roles.

    • Invitation delivery check
    • Role learning paths in Help
    • Ask HR AI for how-to
  6. Stage 6

    Go live

The Review & Launch step checks each module is validated. After launch, changes ship as governed releases.

    Your team: Approve go-live.

    • Review & Launch preflight
    • Audit trail from day one
    • Staged releases with rollbacks
What moves across
